Sometimes wonder if there is a way of boosting your happiness and wellness?

The group will focus on something which it is so easy for us to forget about in day-to-day life - what it takes to flourish rather than merely get through each day.
It will include mindfulness and meditation, encourage positive thinking and include lots of laughter. The aim is to both learn together and have a lot of fun along the way. There is no requirement for any mindfulness experience.
